I.Finance & Accounting Coordinator-(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)



Responsibilities:

* Other Requirements:
* Having knowledge in banking
* Able to control organization’s cashflow
* Able to manage and build bank relationship and have strong interpersonal skills forCustomer Relation Management
* Able to coordinate and manage human resources in department
* Have good appearance, ability to work in a team and individually, excellent communication, strong leadership skill, analytical ability, problem solving & decision making skill
* Dynamic, stable, mature, responsible, honest, discipline, and willingness to work under pressure and long hours
* Fluent in written and spoken English and/or Mandarin
* Verifiable work history

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

III.Interior Designer-(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Selatan)

Responsibilities:

* Develop and responsible for all design concept, presentation, creative direction of Interior Design Department from concept until handover

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): sketch.
* Preferred skill(s): 3D Max, Autocad, Photoshop.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
